Unlocking product growth by removing a critical bottleneck in team onboarding
Users couldn't bring teammates into the product without admin involvement, slowing expansion within accounts.
To address this, I designed a scalable invite request feature that enables users to request teammate access independently—reducing admin bottlenecks while enforcing seat limits and maintaining account control, helping drive greater utilization across accounts.
